C19 has arranged with The Scholar’s Choice to provide a combined book exhibit for our meeting taking place April 12-15 in Berkeley, California. It may be possible for your recently-published books to be included in their display.  Please refer to their guidelines below:

Any members interested in having their book displayed at the upcoming C19 meeting should contact their publisher as soon as possible & let them know they will be speaking at the meeting. The Scholar’s Choice displays on behalf of the publishers and all requests must come from them, not the individual authors. If they don’t already have the necessary paperwork, your press may request it by contacting Mary Lynn Howe by email (mlh@scholarschoice.com), or phone  (585-262-2048 x. 111).

The cutoff date for publisher inquiries is February 1st. Table space is limited and reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the exhibit is full.

Should you wish to attend the C19 conference and provide your own exhibit, please contact Christopher Looby at clooby@humnet.ucla.edu. If you wish to have any printed material displayed on an unstaffed table at the exhibit, or inserted in the conference registration packets, you may contact Christopher Looby for information about costs.
