Refund/withdrawal policy. The processing of refunds is labor-intensive and not without cost to C19. If you will be unable to attend the conference, we can issue a partial registration refund until midnight PST on April 1, 2012; address any such requests to c19-2012@ucsc.edu. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. We cannot accept requests for withdrawal that are received after April 1; however, anyone who is registered but cannot attend after that date may send a substitute with no additional fee.
