The C19 Bylaws stipulate that among its educational purposes it shall “sponsor and oversee the publication of a journal,” in cooperation with a press and under the direction of two co-editors. The officers and the Executive Committee are engaged in the selection of editors and have initiated discussions with several academic presses, and expect to announce plans for the publication of the journal in the near future.
